Habits of Happiness Wheel: includes 15 short daily exercises designed to help students/children further develop their understanding of gratitude, kindness, optimism, mindfulness and happiness and train their brains to regularly seek out the positives in their own lives.

Each of the 15 activities on the Habits of Happiness Wheel is linked back to the 5 key concepts of the program:  Gratitude, Kindness, Optimism, Mindfulness and Happiness.

  1. Spin the wheel to see which activity to complete.
  2. Whichever activity the spinner stops on is the activity to complete (if it lands on the same activity multiple times in a row, you can choose to spin again).

Using the Wheel each day introduces an element of fun and randomness into the program, which will break up the repetition for students and provide you with multiple ways to engage them.
