What’s the Power in Lowering the Bar?

Have you tried lowering the bar?

It can put things into perspective very quickly…

This is a powerful way to help shift a negative mood to a more neutral or even a positive.

The first time you lower the bar and focus on some on the most basic things you may take for granted and really appreciate them it might not have much of an impact. However, don’t give up with one try. The more you practice the better you get.
