Last week on social media we posted about the power in reframing “I have to…” with “I get to…”

The post got a very positive response. Due to this response we decided to create a display poster, to act as a reminder.

Perfect for your office, classroom, staff room, around the school or home.

Do you sometimes say: “I have to go to school now…” or “I have to get up now…”

Something to try is to flip it around and SWAP the word HAVE with GET…And observe the difference.

For example:
“I get to go to school. I am in a very fortunate position to impact young peoples lives.”
