Many of us will be spending a lot more time in our homes in the coming months. These times are very uncertain, but we must do our very best to practice a positive mindset. And it is practice, consistent practice can make a huge difference.
As a result we have put together a display poster that gives you ideas on positive habit forming activities + how we can help each other as a community. You can do as an individual, with your family, in your classroom or workplace.
The idea is to do at least 1 of the 6 habits a day (ideally more) plus the GRIT Challenge.
