Wednesday, June 13 was a very proud moment at Kidman Park Primary School.

It was the 500th (400 different schools) Growing With Gratitude Presentation to Schools in South Australia.

When Growing With Gratitude started in January of 2014, we thought if one school, student, parent or teacher got value from it, then we’d be happy.

However, you can never underestimate the power of partnerships. Thanks to our partnership with the Adelaide Football Club and the Department for Education, South Australia we’ve managed to impact over 150 000 students in 3 years.

It was great to have South Australia’s Minister For Education John Gardner MP and Adelaide Football Club’s CEO Andrew Fagan in attendance to help celebrate. Minister Gardner mentioned: “The Growing with Gratitude Program empowers primary-school aged children with valuable tools and skills to help them lead healthy, successful and productive lives”.

The biggest shout out of all time to Brooke Jeffs, Brayden Kirk, Chelsea Randall, Nigel Osborn, Blayke Lane, Riley Thorne, Daniel Scorsonelli & Emily Little for bringing enthusiasm to every single one of the 500 presentations. And a huge thanks to Jason Lehmann, Andrew Fagan & Nigel Smart for their support and always going above and beyond, as well as all the Adelaide Football Club staff and Department for Education, South Australia staff.

We will continue to take GWG to schools in SA, across Australia and around the world.
