Last week I mentioned I will be writing a series of posts featuring a gratitude activity each week. Last weeks gratitude activity for the classroom and and at home was Create a Gratitude Album. The Gratitude album is an awesome way to practice gratitude. This weeks activity to help cultivate gratitude is:
Gratitude Activity Series – Activity No. 2
Gratitude Buddy
- Find a friend or family member to be your gratitude buddy
- Instead of writing things you grateful for share them with your buddy
- You may like to show your buddy your favourite view of nature, your favourite restaurant, your favourite sporting hero, etc.
- Or share a photo album, scrap book, etc
- You may like to meet once a week, once a month or when you feel the need
